First Citizens online banking gives instant access to all of yours banking accounts, login now on firstcitizens.com and manage your money efficiently.

The website allow you to manage them remotely, to check your balance, transfer funds and to pay your bills with the free, simple to use Bill Pay feature.

Personal banking made easy

Create an account

On the First Citizens website, https://www.firstcitizens.com/, click the “Sign up now” button from the Online Banking Center section. You should be taken to

banking.firstcitizens.com for an overview of the requirements you need to fulfill before you sign up. Click the ‘Enroll Now’ option and provide the details required as proof of identity. Then select a challenge question, a secret picture and phrase and submit your application. You will be given a client ID which you can then use to sign in.

To sign up, enter your personal password gave by your agency

To sign in, use the customer ID provided by First Citizens. When using a public computer, First Citizens will ask for the challenge question you created during enrolment. Your secret picture and phrase will be displayed as an extra security measure. If you recognize these two security items, insert your password. You will be taken to your account summary.

Reset password

To reset your password, use the banking login information given above to sign into your account. On your Account Summary page, in the Information Center section, you will find your name and e-mail address between brackets. Next to it, the “Edit” button will allow you to change your personal information details, including your password. Alternatively, use the Update my profile option available when you click the “Customer Service” tab.

Go paperless

If you would like First Citizens to provide e-statements as opposed to paper statements sent via mail, please select the Go paperless option on your “Account Summary” page, in the Information Center section.

Check your balance

Sign into your account using your personal banking sign in and you will be taken to the Account Summary page, which shows you a list of:

Deposit Accounts
Credit Account
Investment Accounts

Contact customer services

You can contact customer services by using the “Customer Service” Tab on top of your “Account Summary” page.

Mobile

You can enjoy access to First Citizen services by downloading the banking app for iPhone or Android. To do so, use the Mobile tab from your “Account Summary” page.

You can find exciting auditor, mortgage, human resources and I.T. jobs at First Citizens by clicking the “Careers” link at the bottom of the homepage.

Find a branch

To find an ATM or branch near you, click the “ATM & Branch Locations” lick on top of the First Citizens homepage. Insert your city and state, for instance Raleigh, North Carolina and the result will be a complete list of services within the NC area. Banking south Carolina services are not currently available.
