Creating an account at www.uaservice.com

  1. First, to log into an existing UAS account.
  2. If you would like to create an account, click the link above and then choose ‘Create An Account’ and follow the steps below.
  3. Choose the most suitable account creation method suitable to you, from the four options of: social security number, tax payer identification, lender assigned documentation or document information.

Taxpayer Identification Method

  • Enter your ITIN.
  • Complete Date of Birth.
  • Type your Postal Code and enter the security numbers displayed.
  • Click the blue ‘Next’ button to proceed.

Letter Assigned Identifier

  • Choose your Lending Institute from the drop down list.
  • Enter your Identifier information.
  • Complete Date of Birth.
  • Type your Postal Code and enter the security numbers displayed.
  • Click the blue ‘Next’ button to proceed.

Document Information

  • Enter your Document ID, as shown on the infographic displayed.
  • Enter your ‘Amount Due’.
  • Complete Date of Birth.
  • Type your Postal Code and enter the security numbers displayed.
  • Click the blue ‘Next’ button to proceed.

You will now follow the rest of the registration process providing details about yourself, your university and financial information in order to set up your account. This will also provide you with login details so that you can manage your university accounting information as required.

  1. Complete your first and last name.
  2. Enter the email address used when creating your account.
  3. Type your account number exactly as it appears on your registration documents.
  4. Provide your Institution name or short code.
  5. Select a category from the drop down list that best fits your question to help it process as quickly as possible.
